These terms and conditions govern your use of the Clwyd Autos website and the purchase of vehicles and services from us. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Clwyd Autos is a trading name of Clwyd Motors Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 12345678. Our registered address is 123 High Street, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 1ET.
All vehicles are sold as described. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, descriptions and images are for guidance only. We recommend viewing vehicles in person before purchase.
All vehicles are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit is paid.
A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind about the purchase. If we are unable to supply the vehicle as described, we will refund the deposit in full.
Full payment is required before collection of the vehicle. We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. We do not accept cash payments over £5,000.
Finance is subject to status. We act as a credit broker, not a lender. We may receive a commission for introducing you to a finance provider. Written quotations are available on request.
Clwyd Autos is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA FRN: 123456) for consumer credit activities.
Part exchange valuations are valid for 7 days. The valuation is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle. Any outstanding finance on the part exchange vehicle must be settled before completion.
All vehicles come with a warranty as described at the point of sale. Extended warranty packages are available. Warranty terms and conditions are provided separately.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, vehicles must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a fault is found within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to reject the vehicle for a full refund.
After 30 days, we have one opportunity to repair or replace the vehicle before a refund can be requested.
You have the right to cancel a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days of receiving the vehicle, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. A deduction may be made for any use of the vehicle during this period.
We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability.
All content on this website is owned by Clwyd Autos or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
