1. Company Information

2. Vehicles

All vehicles are sold as described and are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, specifications, and pricing on our website, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices without prior notice.

Vehicle images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact vehicle available. We recommend viewing the vehicle in person before purchase.

All vehicles undergo a full HPI check and 100-point inspection prior to sale. MOT status is as stated at the time of sale.

3. Pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices do not include road fund licence, delivery charges (unless stated), or any optional extras not listed in the vehicle specification.

We reserve the right to withdraw vehicles from sale and to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Deposits & Reservations

A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle is found to be materially different from its description. If you cancel a reservation after placing a deposit, we reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover our costs.

5. Finance

Finance is available subject to status. We act as a credit broker, not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers who may pay us for the introduction.

Finance offers are subject to terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements and mileage restrictions (for PCP agreements). Representative examples and APR rates are available on request.

Clwyd Autos is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for consumer credit activities. Our FCA registration number is available on request.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you purchase a vehicle remotely (without visiting our showroom), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the vehicle. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing.

If you cancel, you must return the vehicle within 14 days. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when delivered. We may make a reasonable deduction for any use of the vehicle beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

This right does not apply to vehicles purchased at our showroom.

7. Part Exchange

Part exchange valuations are provided in good faith based on the information you provide. The final valuation may change upon physical inspection of your vehicle. Part exchange values are not guaranteed until we have inspected the vehicle.

8. Warranty

All vehicles are sold with a warranty as specified at the point of sale. Extended warranty options are available — please ask for details. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the terms provided with the warranty documentation.

9. Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits, business, or data.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@clwydautos.online or write to us at the address above. We aim to resolve all complaints within 8 weeks.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Motor Ombudsman or the Financial Ombudsman Service (for finance-related complaints).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
